During the course of regular use of this site, certain information may be collected.

For instance, by visiting, your usage is tracked by Google Analytics. By reading the RSS feed, your usage is tracked by FeedBurner. By leaving a comment, your email address is also collected, provided that you leave a legitimate email address.

First of all, any and all personally identifiable information is never shared. I, Adam Alexander, am the only person who ever sees your email address. I will never share your email address for any reason. If I were to see any other personally identifiable information, then rest assured that I also will never share that either.

Certain tools on this site are also able to collect information on your usage, such as your IP address. These sites are Google Analytics and Adsense, FeedBurner, and MyBlogLog. These sites have similar privacy statements, although they can afford to have a lawyer write them up. They don’t share personal information with me, only statistical information. I use the information that they share with me to monitor the quality of content on the site, which guides future posts. I also do not share the information which they provide me, except in general terms, such as the average number of readers over a given period of time.
